Is this blend of green and purple cold or what? And it's all due to sheseido's new line of eye shadow called hydro powder eye shadow. it's very smooth and has a shiny/metallic finish and only needs a dab. it's $38...oh, and apparently shiseido teaches you to do this makeup. if you are too lazy to find/read it, can ask me. keke...picked up one or 2 good tips about makeup.
